Clay, N.Y. – White Pine Commerce Park in Clay is getting all the attention these days because it’s where Micron Technology is building a huge semiconductor factory. But Onondaga County is advancing plans for a second business park right across the street.
White Pine Science & Technology Park at the southeast corner of Route 31 and Caughdenoy Road would host companies that supply Micron’s planned semiconductor plant, according to plans from the county.
The 105-acre park would contain up to 10 buildings ranging from 25,000 to 100,000 square feet, according to conceptual plans released by the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency.
