Syracuse, N.Y. — House flipping profits in the Syracuse metro area grew at one of the fastest rates in the nation in 2025, according to figures from ATTOM Data, a national property data provider.
The gross profit on a typical house flip in Syracuse totaled $85,000 in 2025, up more than $24,000 from the year before. That increase in gross profit ranked No. 5 in the U.S. last year.
