Syracuse, N.Y. ― Josue Pizarro was walking on Sabine Street around noon in April 2024 looking to sell drugs when he made a deadly decision.
Pizarro grabbed a community gun, hidden on the side of a home on the 200 block of Sabine, as he was approached by a man he knew had served time for a murder when he was 15 years old.
