N.Y. attorney general reaches settlement with 2 Syracuse landlords over lead paint

New York Attorney General Letitia James has reached a settlement with two Syracuse landlords who she says failed to tell tenants about lead-based paint in their properties.

As part of the settlement agreement, father and son duo Brian and Harry Murphy will set up a tenant relief fund.

They will also have to eliminate lead hazards at their properties…
