As expected, rain developed across Central New York and caused a wet and raw Saturday with afternoon temperatures struggling in the upper 40s to lower 50s. As we have been telling you here on CNYcentral.com and on NBC3, CBS5 and CW6, we still are tracking new opportunities for rain for the rest of the holiday weekend. However, I am not expecting the entire weekend to be completely washed out.
