SEATTLE — The tenant’s rights group ‘Tacoma For All’ says the city is not doing enough to enforce the rules established by the Landlord Fairness Code Initiative, which went into effect in 2023.
That is why they recently turned in more than 8,000 petition signatures to put the ‘SAFE Homes for All Initiative’ on the November ballot.
