BELFAIR, Wash. — The Justice Department said a Belfair man was arrested and charged in a federal murder conspiracy case tied to an alleged plan to attack the June 14 UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House.
William Lee Spartacus Falkner was arrested June 19 and appeared in U.S. District Court in Tacoma at 2:00 p.m. on June 22, according to the Justice Department and court records.
