A real estate company recently sold 71 rental houses in a Buckley-area neighborhood in unincorporated Pierce County.
Mount Rainier Heights in the area of 11227 241st Ave. Court E. is a development off of state Route 410 near Buckley with rental properties consisting of modern two- and three-bedroom homes, according to its website.
Mount Rainier Heights LLC signed off July 29 on selling the 71 houses to Deer Gasana LLC for $22.5 million, according to the real estate excise tax affidavit from the state’s Department of Revenue. The sale was recorded with the Pierce County Auditor’s Office on July 29, according to the county’s website.
