Prosecutors charged a 51-year-old boater accused of seriously injuring a man in a May 3 collision near the Boston Harbor Marina on Thursday, court records show.
Justin James Erickson, the 51-year-old Chief Executive Officer of Harbor Foods Group, has been charged with “watercraft assault” and “duty of operator involved in collision or accident.”
The Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office filed the charges in Thurston County Superior Court over three months after the wreck occurred and Erickson first appeared in court. Court records do not yet list a date for his arraignment…
