The former home of The News Tribune has changed hands.
According to The News Tribune, the 13-acre Tacoma property was sold for $55 million to a Denver-based company affiliated with Los Angeles investment firm Ares Management.
The seller was an affiliate of Kent-based Davis Property & Investment. After purchasing the property from The News Tribune’s parent company, McClatchy, for $15.5 million in 2021, Davis Property & Investment redeveloped the site into Tacoma Central Logistics.
