WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — According to a press release from the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington, Sir Terrique Milam, 22, of Federal Way, was sentenced September 3, 2026, in US District Court in Seattle to 9 years in prison for conspiracy to distribute fentanyl.
At the time of Milam’s arrest in 2024, teams led by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) arrested 4 people in Whatcom County on criminal complaints for fentanyl distribution. According to the complaints, the Whatcom drug traffickers were linked by phone communication and surveillance to a drug trafficking organization that included Milam.
