Looking to soak up the last bit of dry weather with a stroll or bike ride on the Cushman Trail this week? Check that a closure Monday through Wednesday won’t interfere with your route.
The section of the trail between Grandview Street and Foster Street is closed from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 21-23, according to a news alert from the city of Gig Harbor. “Tacoma Power has informed the city that crews will perform scheduled maintenance to replace a transmission pole and switch located on the Cushman Trail,” the alert says.
