All the occupants of Crestview West Apartments on Pacific Highway South in Federal Way were displaced Thursday after a fire spread through the building, according to South King Fire & Rescue.
The Department said the fire started shortly after 2 p.m. on the second floor of the complex and spread to the third floor.
