On 11/15/24 at 11:45 a.m. in the TCSO Jail, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Alexander Carlson, 40, on suspicion of no contact order violation. On 11/15/24 at 4:39 p.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue E, Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Neil Fryberg, 37, on suspicions of 1) possession of stolen vehicle, and 2) 3rd degree possession of stolen property.
