PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. — A man charged with multiple counts of child rape in California was arrested Saturday in Pierce County.
Anthony David Borges was charged with seven counts of child rape and continuous sexual abuse and sexual acts with a child 10 years old or younger. The charges were filed in Placer County, located near Sacramento, according to court documents reviewed by KING 5.
