SEATTLE — New video shows the moments a fugitive escaped custody while at an airline ticket counter at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) earlier this week.
Sedrick T. Stevenson, 28, was under the custody of a prisoner transport company at the time of his escape, which was responsible for taking him to Bowling Green, Kentucky, in connection with several warrants.
