Kitsap County Sheriff’s deputies shot a man early Thursday morning after responding to a report of prowling in a parking lot in East Bremerton.
In a statement released at 4 a.m., the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office said they received a 911 call just before midnight from a mobile surveillance company reporting a potential prowler in a Fred Meyer parking lot off Highway 303.
While making contact with the suspect in the parking lot, shots were fired and injured the man. According to KCSO, the injury is not life-threatening, and he was transported to Tacoma General Hospital and is in stable condition…
