$100K warrant issued for woman accused of being impaired when she crashed into a Centralia home in 2023 

A Lewis County Superior Court judge issued a $100,000 bench warrant on Wednesday for a woman accused of crashing into a Centralia home while under the influence of controlled substances in June 2023.

Monika Eva Levison, 35, of Tacoma, was charged in Lewis County Superior Court with one count of vehicular assault on May 19, 2025, after toxicology test results from the Washington State Patrol Toxicology Lab determined that there were drugs present in Levison’s system at the time of a crash on June 6, 2023.

According to court documents and previous Chronicle reporting, Levison allegedly fell asleep at the wheel, left the roadway while driving southbound on North Pearl Street, struck a power pole wire and then crashed her 2008 Nissan Altima into an occupied residence in the 2400 block of North Pearl Street in Centralia at approximately 2:47 p.m. on June 6, 2023…
