Following his threats to set off a bomb in Tacoma, federal prosecutors have charged a 46-year-old man from Graham, Washington with illegal possession of ammunition.
David Michael Eddo was arrested on Thursday and charged in U.S. District Court following an investigation into his threats to build and set off a bomb in a public area, according to a press release from the United States Attorney’s Office.. He remains detained at the Federal Detention Center at SeaTac while awaiting a hearing set for June 18, according to the release.
The release states that Eddo is prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition because of a previous conviction for drive-by shooting and assault in Tacoma in 2019. Following that conviction, he was sentenced to 26 months in prison…
