Pierce County Deputies arrest teens in rock-throwing attack on homeless woman

PARKLAND, Wash. — Four teens were arrested early Tuesday morning after terrorizing a homeless woman by repeatedly driving past her trailer and throwing rocks at her and a friend, according to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office.

Around 2:00 a.m., deputies were sent to the area of 152nd Street South and Pacific Avenue South after receiving a call from the woman, who reported that a white SUV had passed by multiple times, with the people inside hurling large rocks at her trailer.

While deputies were on scene speaking with the victim, the SUV circled back into view. When the deputies attempted a traffic stop, the SUV shut off its headlights and tried to flee, but the chase ended when the vehicle turned down a dead-end road…
