LACEY, Wash. — It’s a disturbing story out of Lacey that unfolded last fall outside Timberline High School the afternoon of Oct. 18, 2024.
Cell phone video and video from a nearby bus show a father choking his daughter, according to prosecutors, to the point multiple witnesses stated her eyes were rolling to the back of her head, her lips were turning purple and she was losing consciousness.
