Public safety is a 24/7 effort, so time must be intentionally carved out to take a moment to express gratitude and in such a way that their families, friends and the community can all come together and say, “Thank you.”

Gathering at Historic 1625 Tacoma Place on South Tacoma Way, the room was filled with our city’s law enforcement and staff, community leaders and people there to take part in an uplifting evening of appreciation and respect for the men and women who have chosen this essential and most challenging profession.
