Northbound I-5 could see heavy congestion through DuPont after 10 p.m. on July 25 and 26 as work continues to build a roundabout on Steilacoom-DuPont Road.
Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Friday and Saturday, crews will be removing temporary structures that were put in place to build a bridge on the new Steilacoom-DuPont overpass, part of the roundabout project, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
“The new overpass will be completed in 2026 as part of the I-5 Mounts Road to Steilacoom-DuPont Road Corridor Improvements project,” the statement reads…
