Armed suspects steal $1M in jewelry from West Seattle store

Seattle officers responded to reports of a robbery in West Seattle Thursday at noon.

Multiple suspects, armed with hammers and bear spray, reportedly smashed windows and stole $1 million worth of jewelry from Menashe and Sons Jewelers, according to the Seattle Police Department.

The suspects left the store, in the 4500 block of California Avenue Southwest, in a vehicle before officers arrived.
