A federal grand jury indicted a Seattle woman Thursday for the murder of a U.S. Border Patrol Agent, with Attorney General Pamela Bondi authorizing the pursuit of the death penalty.
Teresa Youngblut, 21, of Seattle, had a notice of intent to seek the death penalty previously filed against her by the acting U.S. attorney for the District of Vermont, according to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
