A man and woman who died from a murder-suicide in a Spanaway home last week have been identified.
Thomas Hayes, 57, died from a gunshot wound to the torso in the 20600 block of 7th Avenue Court East on Oct. 9. His manner of death was listed as a homicide, according to a news release from the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Dawn Jones, 54, died from a gunshot wound to the head. Her manner of death was ruled a suicide, the release said. Both Jones and Hayes were from Spanaway…
