A crash on northbound State route 7 near Spanaway and Parkland is blocking traffic Wednesday afternoon.
The right lane near 146th Street South is blocked as State Patrol troopers investigate the crash. Central Pierce Fire & Rescue crews are providing medical aid, according to Washington State Patrol Daniel Southard on X.
