The City of Maple Valley has issued a SEPA Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for proposed updates to city code. The updates will regulate the maximum number of vehicles allowed on single-family residential lots. The project is identified as MLU-25-40. It will take effect on November 17, 2025.
The changes apply citywide to tax parcels zoned R-4, R-6, R-8, and R-12. Amy Taylor, Senior Planner, prepared the proposal. Doug McIntyre, Economic and Community Development Director, is the responsible official.
