Two Pierce County men face felony charges after their arrest outside the Centralia Outlets on Monday, Nov. 24, following an alleged failed attempt to flee with stolen merchandise.
Luis A. Diaz-Garcia, 24, of Lakewood, and Mark A. Gillespie, 50, of Tacoma, were charged with one count each of second-degree organized retail theft and obstructing a law enforcement officer.
