Parents argue for release of teens accused of stealing SUV, shooting at Seattle police

SEATTLE — A group of teens faced a judge Monday after allegedly shooting at officers and narrowly missing an innocent bystander during a high-speed chase with police down I-5 over the weekend.

Seattle police arrested four teenagers, including a 16-year-old boy and three girls ages 15-17, but are looking for at least two more youths who ran from the stolen SUV after police were able to stop it with a PIT maneuver.
