Prolific bank robber arrested in casino after robbing Thurston County bank

A prolific bank robber responsible for a string of robberies in King County was arrested Friday after he robbed a Key Bank in Lacey, the Lacey Police Department announced Tuesday.

The suspect, who has not been identified by law enforcement, reportedly passed a note to the teller at the Key Bank on Martin Way on Nov. 28 stating that he had weapons and wanted money. He reportedly left in a vehicle with cash from the bank.

Patrol officers with the Lacey Police Department responded and were able to determine the vehicle used by the suspect was stolen from a car dealership. The suspect had asked to take the car for a test drive and never returned — though he did leave behind a copy of his driver’s license, according to Lacey police…
