Woman arrested for stabbing man in neck during road rage incident in First Hill

SEATTLE — A 51-year-old man was stabbed in the neck during a road rage incident in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The incident began on the I-5 freeway, then both cars stopped along Seventh Avenue and Madison Street, according to Seattle police.
