PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. — Two people were found dead inside a Herron Island home Wednesday afternoon, and a suspect was later taken into custody following a SWAT response in Kent, according to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 4 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were sent to a home in the 700 block of East Herron Boulevard NW for a welfare check after a man and a woman were reported missing and failed to report to work.
