Seattle police arrest 25-year-old man with more than $200K in outstanding warrants

A 25-year-old man with more than $210,000 in outstanding warrants was arrested by the Seattle Police Department (SPD) Monday.

According to SPD, the arrest was made possible thanks to a stolen license plate and surveillance cameras.
