LAKEWOOD, Wash. — Lakewood police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate what they describe as a kidnapping and custodial interference case involving two young children taken by their mother.
The case centers on Knowledge J. Norman, 11, and Royal P. Norman, 7, who were last seen after an unsupervised holiday visit with their mother, Michelle L. Harvey, 34, on Dec. 28, 2025, the Lakewood Police Department said.
