Those looking to get a leg up in the cannabis sector now have a sextet of new ways to hone their expertise.
Through its Continuing Education program, Tacoma Community College, in partnership with cannabis educator Green Flower, has debuted six online Cannabis Career Certificate programs. Each includes insights from industry experts and looks to prepare students for prospective career paths, a release said.
The programs all zero in on a specific role — cannabis associate, cannabis cultivation specialist, cannabis product development specialist, cannabis retail and sales specialist, cannabis compliance specialist, and medical cannabis specialist — and participants have access to what the college calls the Cannabis Career Resource Center.
