Bail set at $150,000 for man accused of assaulting fellow patient at Chehalis treatment facility

Levi Solomua, 44, of Lakewood, was charged with one count of second-degree assault constituting domestic violence on Tuesday, Jan. 13, following an alleged altercation with a fellow patient at the American Behavioral Health Systems (ABHS) treatment facility in Chehalis.

During Solomua’s preliminary appearance in Lewis County Superior Court, Judge J. Andrew Toynbee set Solomua’s bail at $150,000, as requested by the state.

According to court documents, Solomua is currently serving community custody with the Department of Corrections and has previously been convicted of drive-by shooting, first-degree burglary and other felony offenses…
