TACOMA, Wash. — The 17-year-old who police allege was behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle at the time of a deadly crash in Tacoma on Sunday is being charged in adult court.
Malik Javan Jagana faces charges of second-degree murder, vehicular homicide, attempting to elude police, unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful possession of cannabis, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.
