Renton man arrested after drug, firearm bust near Cle Elum I-90 entrance

KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash. – Deputies with the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) worked with Renton Police to uncover a significant supply of illegal drugs and firearms, KCSO announced in a release.

During the evening hours of February 11, KCSO deputies used spike strips to disable a fleeing vehicle near the I-90 entrance from SR-970, east of Cle Elum.

The driver, identified as a 34-year-old man from Renton, was arrested on outstanding arrest warrants along with charges of felony eluding and unlawful imprisonment after the passenger in the vehicle told deputies she was held against her will, KCSO said…
