A 68-year-old Bellevue man has been charged with premeditated first-degree murder, accused of “weaponizing” his Toyota Camry by intentionally plowing into a pedestrian and running her over last week in the parking lot of the Bellevue Family YMCA, according to King County prosecutors.
After killing 88-year-old Shinko Oshino on Saturday, Mark Adams is accused of driving south to Tacoma, where he struck two other people with his car, about 2 ½ hours apart, according to charging documents filed in King County Superior Court. One victim suffered a spinal fracture, and it was unknown what injuries were sustained by the other victim.
