TACOMA, Wash. — The Tacoma Police Department (TPD) is investigating a fatal crash in the 2000 block of Yakima Avenue on Thursday afternoon that killed two drivers and a dog.
The crash happened shortly after 4 p.m. near St. Joseph Medical Center. Police said a southbound vehicle and a northbound vehicle collided after one crossed the center line. Authorities have not said which driver crossed into oncoming traffic.
