The Tacoma Fire Department rescued a person from a car dangling off a concrete ledge after they drove off the road, Public Information Officer Chelsea Shepherd told The News Tribune.
At 11:56 a.m., the technical rescue team responded to reports of a vehicle that veered off of South C Street into a chain link fence and was hanging over a high embankment, Shepherd said.
