Prohibition Cellars, the Woodinville-based winery known for its bold Washington wines and lively tasting room atmosphere, opened a second tasting room in the heart of downtown Tacoma in February of 2026. An official grand opening celebration was held on March 2nd to commemorate the satellite tasting room.
Founded by winemaker Sandor Faludi and his wife Sabrina, Prohibition Cellars has built a strong following since opening its Woodinville tasting room in 2020. The new Tacoma location marks an exciting next chapter for the winery and expands its presence into the South Sound wine community.
Located at 628 St Helens Ave in downtown Tacoma, the tasting room offers a welcoming, urban space where guests can enjoy Prohibition Cellars’ lineup of Washington wines, featuring 16 varietals sourced from some of the state’s most respected vineyards, along with several distinctive blends.
“We love Tacoma for its fresh, vibrant energy,” said co-owner Sabrina Faludi. “Opening here felt like a great fit.”…
