KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash. — An arrest warrant was issued for a Tacoma woman after she failed to appear at her latest court hearing on forgery and theft charges in Kittitas County.
A Kittitas County judge ordered a $25,000 arrest warrant for 41-year-old Rachel Catharine Leggett, who is accused of stealing $5,000 from Cashmere Valley Bank in Cle Elum in October 2024.
