The Grand Floral Parade
One way Pierce County is ringing in spring is with the Grand Floral Parade, which is touching down in four South Sound cities — Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, and Orting — to bring some pops of color (especially the yellow of daffodils) to the area as part of the long-running Daffodil Festival. ‘The Wall’ at the Olympia Film Society
The Olympia Film Society is hosting March 27-29 screenings of “Pink Floyd The Wall.” The musical will be presented a little differently than normal, though: a live shadowcast will be performing all the music live in tandem with the movie. Find out more here.
