A Washington man is facing charges for allegedly chasing a group of juveniles that was throwing water balloons and shooting one of them in the chest, authorities said.
The Tacoma Police Department said officers responded to the reported shooting at around 9:14 p.m. on Feb. 28. They arrived to find a group of four juvenile boys inside a vehicle on the 3200 block of South Tyler Street, one of whom had been shot.
