Deputies with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit seized more than 97 pounds of methamphetamine during a March 19 raid in Lakewood. Officers also confiscated 2,273.5 grams (about 5 pounds) of heroin and $8,957 in cash. The total street value of the drugs was estimated at $411,240.
