A pursuit on Interstate 5 near Joint Base Lewis-McChord Saturday night began when a driver allegedly fled from the scene of a crash.
A trooper was dispatched at around 11:36 p.m. on southbound Interstate 5 near DuPont for the crash. A vehicle involved in the incident drove off in front of the trooper, Washington State Patrol spokesperson Trooper Kameron Watts told The News Tribune. Watts said he was not sure on the details of this crash.
