Real-estate trust Simon today provided an update on major upgrades at Tacoma Mall this year, including new restaurants, retailers, and design enhancements.
At the heart of the update is The Village, the mall’s expansion project set to wrap up in late spring. Recent openings include Shake Shack, Lovesac, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Happy Lamb Hot Pot, soon to be joined by Supreme Dumplings followed by Gong Cha and Simply Thai this summer. Additional tenants for The Village are expected to be announced later this year.
