Tacoma Mall has added another new restaurant to its lineup: the popular Happy Lamb Hot Pot chain opened its newest location earlier this week as part of the shopping destination’s new Village development. Here’s what you can order.
Rider’s Spring Mocktails
Northwest favorite Rider is now serving several mocktails to celebrate the spring season; among them are the Firebird, which blends Fresno chili-infused Seedlip agave spirit with pineapple, orgeat, agave, and Mionetto N/A aperitivo, and the decadent Paradise Found, which blends heavy cream, crushed graham cracker, and vanilla syrup. “We take just as much time and energy to craft our non-alcoholic offerings as our regular cocktails, and it is a source of great pride for us,” said Rider mixologist and Food and Beverage Director Alexis Tiedermann in a recent release.
